[nagdu] Emergency vehicles

The way they do it up here is they have the dog ride in the back. Every time 
Holly rides in an ambulance she rides in the back. Apparently, the drivers 
worry about thde dogs up front because they need to concentrate on driving 
and they consider unpredictable.
