If the problem persists more than a day, you may need to take him to the 
vet. Vomitting and diarrhea can be pretty serious.

That's always a trick for me, knowing when it's OK to wait and try mild 
methods, and when it's time to dash off to the vet.  My husband is a big 
worrier, so we usually end up at the vet.
