[nagdu] Arkansas School Refuses To Hold Leash For 7-Year-Old Boy's Service Dog

I'm not sure the superintendent can say whether or not the boy needs the dog. However, it is my understanding that providing someone to physically handle the dog goes beyond reasonable accommodation.
