[nagdu] Boiled chicken

Benny has been having a very soft stool, so I'm trying the old boiled 
chicken and rice cure.
I've been vegetarian for many years now.  I haven't even cooked meat for the 
dog in a long time, and I've forgotten most of what I used to know about 
cooking chicken.  I could use some advice from meat-eaters--well, 
meat-cookers.
My husband got some chicken thighs with bones in.  I boiled them for about 
75 minutes.  Was that about right, or was it overkill?  If I had cut them up 
and taken out the bone, about how long would they boil then?
Could I cook the chicken on the George Foreman grill, or would that not be 
as bland as the boiled?
How long will chicken keep in the fridge and still be good?  3 days?
