[nagdu] Other Kinds of Service Dogs

IMO, these are definitely service dogs (i.e., bomb-sniffing dogs, drug
dogs, police dogs, and so on). I would classify those dogs that aid
persons with disabilities as assistance dogs. That might not be the
government's definition of service dog, but it wouldn't be the first
time I thought they got it wrong.
