[nagdu] Hypothetical Situation

Wow,
That really is a scary situation! At GDB, they strongly advise us to
take off collars when dogs are playing to prevent scenarios like what
you described. Accidents do happen though and I figure if humans can
snap and get aggressive, so can dogs.
