You might try telling her something like "quiet", and, when she stops
whining, reward her.

That is the thing, I do not know why she is whining.
She did it again today in the car. I've been talked into an instructor and
they're trying to get someone out as soon as possible. To see what is going
on. They suggested I bring the clicker and some food with me on the bus,
whenever I get on I Crickentree, see if that works.

doing is to tell her "steady" before we even get up. This has helped
immensely! Also, the drivers here are very patient... if Jenny starts to
rush off, I will ask them if it's OK if they give me 30 seconds or so to
re-work the rush off the bus. More times than not, they're just fine with
it... Perhaps ask this of the drivers in your area?

will whine on the bus is if her bum is wet from rain or melting snow, for
which I have started carrying a towel in my purse, backpack and/or coat
pocket. Perhaps if we know what prompts the whining, we can offer
suggestions?

for when the dog winds? She was doing it the three times I was in the car,
and just recently on the bus.
