[nagdu] Lyft/Uber and Service Animal Access

When I hear about these private contractors refusing to take one of us 
because of a guide dog, I always wonder if they feel they could also refuse 
to take, say, an African-American person, or a woman.  Either way, it's a 
matter of a person's civil rights.
