[nagdu] Lyft/Uber and Service Animal Access

Once they have contracted, inependent or not, I should think there should be no loophole except that they can intimidate someone into thinking there is. If you tellsomeone that it is your company policy that if a driver who is an independent contractor can choose not to carry a dog, and if you say that with authority, people will usually fall into line, so I would guess they are counting on it. They carry the public.
