[nagdu] Ear Infections

Do not get Zymox with the hydrocortozone! Please get it without
hydrocortozone. Hydrocortozone is a steroid, and steroids suppress the
immune system.
Yes, it is unfortunately common for flop-eared dogs to get ear
infections. There is less exposure to the air, so microbes get trapped
in there, and they proliferate like mad.

Coconut oil has worked wonders for the Golden Guy. After I switched
him to raw, his ears were still discharging crap for a whole month
from the poisons he had been eating and absorbing. Coconut oil cleared
it all right up. I put 1/4 of a teaspoon in each ear. Whenever his
ears get particularly itchy, coconut oil to the rescue.
