[nagdu] Feeding dog during long day?

When I worked, I left the office at 6:30 pm to head home. I would feed and
water chase in a one person bathroom in the back of the building at 5:30 ( I
took his cup of food in a zip loc bag in my work bag). I would also releive
him at that time. That way, he didn't drool so much on my shoe on the BART
train.
I've fed him in all sorts of unusual places when I am prepared. However,
sometimes he has to hold on. Yesterday, we took some of my wife's relatives
from Sweden to the Golden Gate Bridge. I didn't bring his food along. He
didn't get to eat until about 7:30. A bigger problem was our pet poodle who
had been left in the house all day and was -- figuratively -- sitting wtih
his legs crossed when I got home.
Craig and Chase, who would eat anytime I put the bowl in front of him
because he's a Labrador retriever.
