[nagdu] Raised Feeders

I got a raised feeder for my previous service dog who was having mild 
esophageal laxity issues (not quite as severe as full blown mega esophagus 
but classified as such) due to medication he required. It worked like a 
charm.
I continued to use the raised feeder because I felt it aided in digestion. 
My dogs have both been smaller sized 45 pound max so bloat isn't quite the 
concern it may be for some of the rest of you.
Thane ate raw like Rox'Es pack for a couple years and when he was eating 
raw, he laid down in his crate to eat so the impacts of eating from a bowl 
standing up (without raised feeder) really are not there.
