[nagdu] Question about travel with a University

This is the kind of thing that makes me glad there weren't offices of
disability services when I was in college. They may be helpful in some
things, but they also seem to frequently have the agency attitude of taking
charge of their clients' lives and making decisions for them.
All you can do is tell them that it is not necessary to notify anyone about
your dog, and you do not want them to do so. If they respect you, they will
abide by your wishes.
