hey Gary!
We're going to the Arrogant Worms (I am sure you've heard of them!) We've seen them before, and they aren't crazy loud, but I will be buying the MuttMuffs in Oct/Nov so we can use them at hockey games and flying. Jenn doesn't like the loud horn at our local hockey arena when the home team scores.

Aleeha, thanks so much for the recommendation and description for MuttMuffs! They aren't well-known, and think they may help with doggies who are restless while flying, especially on smaller flights, or who like you go with their handlers to loud concerts. They can be purchased at www.muttmuffs.com

Raven and a few others recommended PAWZ booties for her, and they're great! They are basically like big balloons, and they fit snugly over the dog's foot. Jenny can't kick them off, she can feel the ground surface with her paws, and her paws are protected from the snow, ice and salt that we get for 6 months of the year here.

Hi Daryl:

Did I miss the email where you said what concert you were going to?

Let me know where you get those mutt muffs and how you keep them on your dogs ears.

I had to take Bogart to my bands gig on the weekend because my girlfriends parents were in town and they needed the freedom to do whatever they wanted. It was an out door gig so I just set up a carpet behind my drums set (and all the speakers), attach Bogarts leash to my drum throne, make sure he has shade and water and we're good to go. I don't think it is really that loud but would love to hear about your expereiences with the mutt muffs before I purchase them. I once bought booties for Bogart in the snow and that went no where. Lost one before we left the building apparently and Bogart ensured we lost another on the way home. He wanted nothing to do with helping me find it in the snow. Not a big deal here since we rarely have snow so there isn't too much salt and what there is doesn't seem to effect him.

Gary

Hi, Larry!

Wow, that's very VERY good of Holly!

This will be Jenny's first concert, unless we get tickets for an event beforehand! She's been to a hockey game but no concert yet. This venue is quite small, which is nice, and I have seen this band before.
I also plan on getting her MuttMuffs to cover her ears in case it gets very loud (unlikely, but just in case...)

Have you been to concert with your dog before? When I took Holly to Celtic
Woman, it worked out really well! She didn't even attempt to eat the popcorn
my wife spilled! That's really being good!
