You know when you're on Amtrak, you can ask the conductor to tell 
you when longer stops will happen, and you can get off the train 
to park your dog.  That's the good thing about Amtrak.  Or one of 
them.  Of course, the trains don't always run on time, but then 
planes don't always either.  My husband always says, If you have 
time to spare, go by air.  Lol.  Have a great trip.    Debby
