Hey Pam,

I have several different types of treats. For training/out and about, I use small round treats that are salmon-flavored, or milkbones for longer training sessions. At home, especially if we're cooking a large amount of food, she will often get carrot slices. If we're making whole chickens/turkeys, we freeze the neck and uncooked giblets and give them to her as "treats", which she takes to her "Happy Place" on top of the stairs.
