No such thing as a dumb question, Chaim!

Basket muzzles are different from a Gentle Leader, halti, or Newtrix.  The former looks more like a basket that fits over the dog's muzzle, while the latter are straps that go around the muzzle.  If a dog REALLY wants to, he can scavenge for ground candy with a Gentle Leader, Halti, etc., but a basket muzzle makes this impossible.
