Hi Chaim, a basket muzzle is actually like a little basket that 
fits over the dog's face.  It clips together like some fanny pack 
clips, behind the dog's head.  The holes in the basket material 
allow the dog to breathe.  They just can't eat stuff, and if you 
want to give them water or a treat, you have to take off the 
muzzle.  I believe Amazon has them, as well as some other places.
