Daryl, 
Can you buy glasses like theirs to practice with?  They do have cheap glasses at drug stores that might have the frames you are looking for.  Then you can have different people in her life wear them when you are prepared and can have treats or whatever ready. 
At work, can she lay under your desk? This is where Soleil lays when I'm at my desk, just because I like to feel her close so I know what she's doing.  However, it may interupt her line of sight of your coworkers and reduce the barking that way.
