Hello! This morning I spoke with a paralegal for the lawyer on the case where NFB is suing Uber for discrimination against users with service dogs. At this point, the purpose is solely to collect information showing that ride sharing services (Uber, Lyft, etc) are discriminating all over the nation. Therefore, they asked that any service dog handlers that have experienced discrimination because of their service dog contact them so they can just collect the data.
