Hi visa, I understand not wanting to leave your dog.  I think you 
would need to contact the consulate of each country that you will 
be visiting to find out what their requirements are for bringing 
your dog, and whether it would be allowed or not.  My husband and 
I are also going to Europe this spring, but because we will be in 
like nine different countries, I have chosen to leave Nova at 
home.  I wish that Seeing Eye was close enough for me to leave 
her there, but I live on the West Coast, and it won't work out 
for her to stay there.  At this point, she's going to stay with
