Wow, have they gone crazy? This is terrible! If this goes through 
then it sets precedent for other states to pass such laws.  DOJ 
will hopefully take a firm stance and tell them no.  This guts 
the rights of people with sgvice dogs.  What in the world 
happened to make people even want this kind of legislation?
