[nagdu] Applying for a guide dog with a pet dog

Guide Dogs for the Blind didn't have any problem with our pet standard 
poodle.  In fact, because we live close, they let us introduce the dogs to 
each other at their campus during my training.  The trainer gave us great 
advice as we watch the dogs play with each other.

Our dogs are great friends and play together a lot.
