True! Brush them often and fluff them up! I also take mine to the groomer.
Because she is part lab, her hair isn't quite as curly but it gets there!
I've raised little poodles and will eventually get a big one!

Chantel here. Motley, my poodle of Pilot Dogs, was always groomed by his
vet's grooming department and I had them pluck his ears.

When brushing a poodle, it's best to brush them backwards, as this will make
their coats fluffier.

Grooming, if you choose a groomer, is about sixty to 100 dollars, depending
on prices, and poodle behavior.
