[nagdu] New law targets service animal imposters

Well we're all in the same boat, no matter how sighted-looking you think you
may be when it comes right down to it, , if you are blind you're just dare I
say it...not a person like everyone else, you're somehow an adult child or
worse.
So that is why the NFB, ACB and all of the other  civic organizations  as
well of us have the daunting and I would say pretty much insurmountable task
of changing social attitudes.
I do like the motto of "we're changing what it is to be blind" though I
think it's not an easy task we have set ourselves and some days I'm pretty
sure it's impossible--lol.

Sorry about you being hit by the car on campus.

You I hate to say this but, four years ago when Paulson and I were hit by
the car that cut through the college campus I insisted law enforcement was
called. What happened? The officer wrote a report that said I walked in
front of the car which is why my guide and I were hit. You know because a
person who can't see cant possibly cross a street. 
I have always been questioned about my guide because not that I mean to brag
but, I am a very good traveler. I have had people tell me I can't be blind
and I must be faking it. Then on the other hand I get stuff like that. 
I just don't get it
