Hi! I think you're asking good questions.  You first need to find 
schools that train poodles.  Once you do that, you can request a 
female.  Also, your English is great when you write.  I'm 
assuming that you speak and understand English well? If not, you 
might need an interpreter, although perhaps the school you choose
