[nagdu] ESA dogs allowed on college campuses

I think that if ESA's are allowed, the same behavioral standards should apply, meaning the dog must be well behaved and under the handler's control. Otherwise, the dog should be denied. That goes for any dog, really, service, ESA, or pet.
