[nagdu] Due process

Tracy, I can certainly agree with that as long as there is a way to
protect the dog during the due process and the due process take place
immediately so the person isn't without the dog if the decision is in
the handler's favor.  I know, I am not asking for a lot.  Someone also
suggested the contract spell out the conditions under which the dog
would be removed. An arbitrary contract is hard to enforce.
