[nagdu] assistance and emotional support animals

I contacted Fair Housing today and spoke with someone about assistance
and emotional support animals in housing.  I read through the
description from 2013 and could not find any statement about the
animals that are allowed.  According to her, any animal is allowed
unless it is a threat to the person or others.  The person or
organization providing the housing can ask for a statement from a
psychologist, psychiatrist or other mental health professional staing
why the person needs the animal.  This is very interesting.
