Hi Julie, well, many counties give the licenses for free.  We 
actually went to Spokane County, Nova guiding me.  They basically 
wanted to see Nova's rabies stuff.  And since they are dogs after 
all, I don't have a problem with a license.  We also have to have 
a license for our cat.  Well, I'd best go.  Going on a short walk
