Then you need to tell people to be more verbal, and perhaps you 
might want to heel her sometimes in places where it's hard to 
hear and go sighted guide.  You all might be more comfortable.  I 
don't like to have my dogs follow for long distances, so I tend 
not to use the follow command very much, except in restaurants 
when being shone a table.  If it's very crowded and noisy, then 
it's hard for the dogs to know who they should be following.
