Hi! You might just let her sniff it without it being on, maybe 
give her a treat when you show it to her, and then turn it on and 
just leave it on for a few seconds, and then slowly increase the 
time it's on, and decrease the distance.  It may take some days 
for her to get used to it.  But you don't want to push it too 
fast if she's afraid of it already, because that will just make
