You are right, the ADA supersedes these laws.  However.  If you 
live in a state with these laws, there will be arguments, fusses, 
and eventually a court case, provided someone has the finances 
and fortitude to see it through.  I'm curious as to the person's 
identity who moved to Washington State.  I want to be on the 
lookout so that I can throttle him or her.  (Grin).    Debby and
