Mike, you speak as a man from northern California.  I've had considerable
trouble picking up completely in all the snow we've had this winter.  It
rolls into holes, or down the snowdrift, and it's hard to dig out.  If
Sheila and Harold are picking up in snow, it's easy for me to see how they
might sometimes miss some.

I think it is disrespectful of the other tenants not to at least invite them
to the meeting about it.
