[nagdu] Ear Infection Again

Hi all, 
Willa has got another ear infection. Despite multiple trips to the vet and medication. Someone suggested that I have them do a dep cleaning of her ears? Has this been done for any of your dogs? Also, the medicine is obviously not working. I would appreciate any advice on what I can do for her.
