[nagdu] Free running (was: Pickup The Poop)

Hey Vivianna and all,

Now I have a question: Do you never let your dog free run anywhere? In a
park maybe or when you're with sighted friends? I'm just asking out of
curiosity because free running is part of the training here. Or rather, it's
part of the training to let your dog off leash and call him back and so on.
Or to look for a safe place to let him free run. That's why I thought that'd
be similar in the US.
