[nagdu] Free running

We incoporated free-running as part of our guide dog training. At least once a week for 4 weeks of training, we did off-leash recall, techniques for off-lleash running, etc.

I take Jenny to a fairly quiet area where she can run off-leash. Sometimes there are dogs there, sometimes not. She is NOT allowed to greet other dogs unless she is given permission, and she is supposed to come when called. She breaks the rules, fun is over, and we go home.

If we are going to a dog park with more dogs, my husband goes with us. We've had good and bad experiences, but mostly good.

Our dogs are allowed to free run. I let mine off-leash only in safe places.
