[nagdu] offleash dogs

hi danielle. i have also had this problem and i still do sometimes with lose dogs. it is hard to know what to do about it because obviously there aren't owners with the dogs. i have had to contact the warden in the past about lose dogs. it is scary though when u can't see the dog and it is growling and just generally distracting your dog. so will b interested to see if others have had the same problem.
