[nagdu] Uber and the ADA

I've had two cases one in which the driver wouldn't take me because he 
had allergies to dogs.  When I reported it I got a free ride.  I also 
had an issue where one driver canceled the ride as he said he had a flat 
tire and that one I didn't report and still got a free ride.  I ended up 
having that international driver again and had a pleasant ride.  Oddly 
enough, the issue that I had with the driver not wanting to take me who 
had dog allergies was an American driver.  Like I said, any time I've 
had an issue I always reported it to support at oober.com and within the 
hour I heard back either with a promotion or free ride on my account.  
Also when you rate the driver there's an area where you can give 
feedback too in the app. Otherwise when I have chosen to use Oober I've 
had good experiences other than those times I mentioned.  More good 
rides than bad.
