[nagdu] buffets, and exciting news

I've worked all of my dogs through a buffet at one time or another. With my
college dog, it was the only way to get something to eat.
I expect it will be challenging with Krokus the scavenger, but I'm sure I'll
manage.
I hold the plate or tray in one hand, or along my right arm, and have the
dog on my left, with a short leash, and try to keep my body between the dog
and the buffet, if possible.
If there's a server, I have them serve the food, or I ask someone I'm with
or who's in line by me to help me.

Rachel, I don't take my dog through a buffet line. I worry about spilling
or dropping things and I worry about my dog getting its nose or mouth
anywhere near the food. It is too much going on at the same time for me to
handle. I go through the line if I don't have my dog or have someone who
will watch my dog.
