Hi Wayne Welcome! Kudos to you for owner-training. What an
undertaking! You will find many likeminded people here and if you
choose to search the archives there is lots of information. That is
something I follow but have no desire to do for many reasons. I
retired my golden retriever in 2010 and she died last year. I am
currently searching for a new school to train at. For me, immersing
myself in training at the school works best as I know from doing Home
and Away. It was successful and I have no complaints, but staying the
entire 2-week period for retrains at my school would have been a
better choice. Looking forward to hearing about your adventures as you
choose to share. Do you stil live on a farm? If so, it would be more
than interesting to hear of you training and working expriences. I
currently live on a former farm so have plenty of time to take doing
my researchsince there is not any where for us to go. Please cros
fingers, toes, and dog paws that this will change since it has been
long enough I have been here! My first dog probably has his paws
crossed for me in Heaven since he used to do that!
