Hi Nancy,

oh I'm glad you and your dog weren't seriously injured during the accident. 
And I also think the staff handled the situation very well. It would have 
caused a lot of stress for you and Doc if you were seperated or asked 
annoying questions in this shock. Thanks for sharing!
