Hello, all. I know we fight for the rights of ourselves and our guides.
But, I want to know what you think about this situation.

About 3 weeks ago, becky and I attended a luncheon at my husband's school
because he was being inducted into a fraternity. I had made reservations
for my husband, myself and Becky to ride Access Transportation home. I told
them this when I made the reservation; they knew it was three of us. When
the driver arrived, he had a passenger in the front seat and no one in the
back seat. We were ready to get in when he told us he could not take all
three of us. The rule, wich I support, is they cannot carry three persons
in the back seat at the same time. He told us he could not take all three
of us in one trip because Becky was counted as a person. When Becky and I
traveel, she tucks in very neatly between my legs, or on the floor between
my feet. My husband was gracious about the situation (I was not so
gracious) and Becky and I ended up riding and my husband had to take the bus
(a 2 1/2 hour trip). Is this the way it is supposed to be? I called and
complained because, if that is the rule, they should have sent an empty car
so they could honor my reservation. Please, give me your thoughts on this.
I do not understand. Thanks, and have a good thanksgiving.
Elise and the Beckster
