[nagdu] My voice is GONE!!

Hi, everyone,
I've got NO voice this morning, AT ALL.
It's been coming and going for days, and I guess it's gone now. And it hurts to talk even if I had a voice.
How do you give commands in this situation?
I am going out shopping with a friend and was thinking about leaving Jenny at home for a rest day...
Thoughts, especially for days (like tomorrow/Monday) when I am NOT able to leave her at home?
