[nagdu] service animals and Uber or Lyft again

I agree, although I see both sides of this issue. I know that with Uber,
and perhaps Lyft, refusing access to a passenger with a service dog is
against their policies and not tolerated. It's only been an issue with
Uber once, and at least in my case, their customer support team handled
my complaint in a professional and timely manner. I do generally text
Uber drivers to let them know that I am blind and use a guide dog, but I
do it more to make it easier for drivers to locate me. Also, we have a
couple of drivers here who are completely deaf, so I figure it makes my
life run a bit more smoothly if I do this. I am generally against
notifying businesses about the dog in advance, but doing so with Uber
has saved me some serious headaches.
