[nagdu] Washington DC metro area puppies

Hi to the group. Does anyone know, if I could volunteer my time, to
raise a pup for future use as a guide dog?

The dog would go to a guide dog school, and then be given to someone
else when trained. But I have time now, to help raise one for the age
needed, till 18 months?

I don't drive, but I can access the DC area Metro system of the bus or
local train. Thanks,
