[nagdu] Washington DC metro area puppies (add Rockville ADA)

OK, thanks, Tracy.

I am legally blind, but not blind enough to get teamed with a guide dog.
Dogs in training, would be denied access? I am not being 'helped' by a
puppy, though I do have a disability myself, being legally blind?

I will ask MetroAcess if I could take a guide-dog-to-be, with me.  If
not, someone who can drive a car can volunteer, and I'll stay out of it.
