Robert, Obviously, they can help with behavioral issues over the phone, and
for work related stuff they can use Google to look at a specific area or
intersection and try to give ideas before deciding to do an in-person follow
up. this is helpful for me, because I'm in the middle of the country. Last
week I had a trainer do this and she gave me some good advice for getting
past some of our funky curbs.
