[NAGDU] Suggestions for raincoat for Standard poodle

Good Morning Everyone,

I am on a quest for a raincoat that fits my two year old Standard Poodle 
that measures 15" at the neck, 30" at the firth and 27" from his neck to 
the beginning of his tail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, if someone can send me the link or information to Ruffwear's 
service animal program, I would appreciate it.
