[NAGDU] Taking really long walks

mark and I walk about 3.5 mph.  that’s faster then average, but not a race.  I used to do about 4 miles an hour, but now I don’t like that headlong rush anymore for most of the time.

We average from 3-5 miles a day around here, on decent sidewalks, weird street crossings, etc.

I agree, ten to 15 miles a day is a lot, but he probably does count it as keeping in shape for trail times.  On rough trails, you wouldn’t be able to manage many miles per hour..
